Delivery Options and Terms


Payment Requirement

All payments must be made prior to delivery.

Delivery Costs

Please note that delivery is not always free of charge.

Standard Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery may take between 5 to 7 days, commencing the day immediately following the confirmation of payment, depending on the delivery location.

Express Delivery

For expedited delivery within 2 to 3 days, additional charges may apply.

Direct Motor Delivery

If direct motor delivery is available from Kano to your residence, a delivery fee will apply. This fee will be determined through an agreement between the customer and the driver.

Alternative Delivery Locations

If direct motor delivery is unavailable, you must select the nearest feasible location for delivery or designate an individual to receive the delivery on your behalf.

Free Delivery Conditions

In most cases, delivery from Kano to Ibadan is free if the following conditions are met:

✓ The purchased book is not voluminous.
✓ The buyer agrees to a delivery timeframe of up to 3 weeks (21 days).
✓ The buyer can collect the item from Gbagi market.

Local Transport Fee

A fee will be charged for the transport of goods from the market to the transport park by a bike courier. This fee varies based on the volume of the purchased goods.

Pair Delivery Option

Pair delivery is available, provided the buyer consents to the specified delivery timeframe.

Stockpiling Option

Customers have the option to accumulate purchases with us until they deem the goods ready for delivery.
